Bosco was surrendered to rescue at the same time his “sister” Nutmeg. Their owner had young children, wanted to travel and no longer had time for Bosco and Nutmeg. They were well cared for by their previous owner other than both needing dental cleanings, some basic health testing and preventative maintenance.
