Millie

The Story of Millie

Millie came in with Murphy. She and Murphy came into rescue as owner surrenders due to no fault of their own. They weren’t getting along with the toddler in the house (mainly Millie) and the owners had no time for them anymore. Millie was very nervous around the children, but she never bit them. The owners didn’t have the time to give her the proper training and work she needed. They were both overfed to make up for the lack of proper attention and didn’t get enough exercise. Millie was overweight, required dental work and all the usual preventative treatments. She will need to be in a home where there are only adults.
