Frankie Rae

Frankie Rae came to rescue from the same breeder that Bear and the other Corgis came from. He’s severely under socialized and has not had any vet care prior to coming to rescue. Frankie Rae has had his general health needs met with preventative care and will receive the dental care he so badly needs.
