Kane: Granted 4/21/2022

The Story of Kane

Rescue was contacted by a lady who wanted to surrender her puppy. She had him for a short while and was concerned the way his feet were formed. She took him to her vet and the vet recommended euthanasia. She didn’t feel this was the answer but being in a small town there were no other options for a second opinion. Wanting to give the puppy the best chance, she contacted rescue to see if they could help. It has been determined that Kane has downed pasterns, but is otherwise a healthy, active puppy. Kane received basic required treatment and preventative medications and is currently undergoing physical therapy while other options are being investigated.
