The Story of Desi

Last update 01/01/2024
Desi was surrendered into rescue after her owner said he would euthanize her due to frequent urination in the home, if rescue didn’t take her. It turned out, she had a urinary tract infection, that once resolved, stopped her from having accidents.

Desi had all the usual tests and exams and was found to have arthritis, required some routine dental care and also needed eye surgery for an eyelid growth and a corneal ulcer. She received flea/tick prevention, heartworm prevention, and her vaccinations.
