Astro’s family had to move to out of state to take care of a family member and they couldn’t take him with them and they surrendered him to rescue. Astro had a vet exam and lab work where he tested positive for Valley Fever. He had some routine dental work and other preventative treatments. He is on medication for the Valley Fever and as he was not symptomatic, his prognosis is good.
