Nomad’s Jade Idol
July 25, 1997 – March 15, 2013
I couldn’t have loved you more if I’d birthed you myself. You really seemed a part of me, like my breath or my heartbeat. You were the best part of me. You could read my mind and know exactly what I needed – a comforting snuggle, an earie, or one of your droll corgi jokes. Your eyes held such beauty and wisdom, with a glint of humor and mischievousness that kept us on our toes. You taught me so much with your joy for life. You would never pass up a good meal or a good nap. You were an example to me. You lived every day with exuberance. Thank you for sharing your beautiful spirit with Mark and me. One day we’ll all be together again.
