The Story of Gabby

Last Updated: January 14, 2006

Rescuer: Deirdre Samples-Marr at dastx@sbcglobal.net

Gabby was rescued from the City of Lewisville shelter. She was slated to be euthanized because she is Heartworm Positive, her owners surrendered her because they found out she had Heartworms and they didn’t want to pay for her treatment.
Gabby is a GREAT dog, she is energetic, happy and VERY outgoing. She is good with dogs and kids and will make someone a wonderful companion. Gabby almost lost her life because her owner’s were not responsible enough to have her on Heartworm Preventative.
CorgiAid supporters will help Gabby get healthy, so she can look for a loving family who will keep her on heartworm preventative for the rest of her life!

This dog is not available for adoption.
