Here is Minnie’s story, in the words of her rescuer:
“Little Minnie was rescued from a puppy mill in Kansas by a volunteer who brought her to us at the Nebraska Humane Society for care and to be placed for adoption. She had a significant skip to her gait, with a dramatic pop with each step. Upon medical examination, our staff veterinarian found that Minnie suffered from Bilateral Luxating Patellas in both hind legs. Our vet believed that little Minnie, due to her young age and very sweet disposition, was an excellent candidate for surgical repair, recovery, and placement in a loving permanent home. We contacted a local private veterinarian that specializes in canine orthopedic surgeries.
“She is an amazingly sweet girl, especially given her puppy mill background. Minnie has stolen our hearts here at the shelter and at the veterinarian’s office. She has been permanently adopted by loving, experienced dog parents who are closely supervising her recovery.”
CorgiAid supporters helped with the expense of repairing Minnie’s knees. Thank you!
This dog is not available for adoption.
