The Story of Kelly |

Here is Kelly’s story, in the words of his rescuer: “On 7/12/08 ForPaws Corgi Rescue took four male purebred Pems from the Heartland Shelter in Ottumwa, Iowa. The shelter has been pulling dogs from a massive puppy mill seizure during the past six months, as they’re able to take them. Kelly is one of those puppy mill rescues.
“More information about these dogs can be found on the ForPaws Blog, http://4thedogz.blogspot.com/
“Very happy, sweet, affectionate. Nice dog!
“Of the four, we think Kelly is the youngest. He is small in size and we think he may not be quite full-grown. He is very curious about the world, but not as confident as Charlie. Of the four, Kelly and Charlie are the most well-socialized. Both have some learning to do, and Kelly may never be overly bold, but we think that he will ultimately make someone a lovely companion.”
CorgiAid supporters will help Kelly get up to date on his health care, so he can go forward into his future as a beloved family member. Thank you!
