Shorty is an owner surrender. I got him on from a woman who is moving into senior/assisted living where no pets at all are allowed.
Shorty is a sweet boy in excellent weight. Wants to be an indoor lap dog. Is accustomed to sleeping on or under the owners’ bed. He is not crate trained. He is somewhat reliably house trained, but does have a tendency to mark in a multiple dog home. Although he squirmed a bit during the exam at my veterinarian’s and during the expression of one mildly impacted anal gland, he allowed his mouth to be examined, blood drawn, and shots without complaint.
Unfortunately, Shorty brought a load of heartworms into rescue with him.
CorgiAid supporters will help Shorty get healthy, so he can live the happy life he deserves. Thank you!
