Here is Frankie’s story, in the words of his rescuer:
“Frank E. Lee found his world turned upside down when he was placed in a night drop box in an Austin shelter after nine years with his family. He was completely nonreactive to his surroundings and refused to eat. Slowly but surely, Frankielee is coming to trust people again. He eats, but only if wet food is mixed in. Carrying soft toys is his favorite activity along with greeting his people with a wag of his nubbie. He is a striking boy with one blue eye. He will do best in a calm home with a family who has the time and patience to engender a sense of security in him.Frankielee is one hundred percent house trained and undergoing treatment for severe heartworm infestation.”
CorgiAid supporters are helping Frankie get rid of those nasty heartworms, so he can lead the healthy and happy life he deserves. Thank you!
