The Story of Jordie |
Last Updated: August 19, 2009
Here is Jordie’s story, in the words of her rescuer:
“We got the typical e-mail that someone was moving and had till the end of the week to find a home for their 12 year old corgi as they were moving into an apartment.
“She doesn’t care for 1 of my corgis (the feeling is mutual) but is fine with most other dogs. We are even able to treat/feed/play ball with them together with no problems.
“Jordie is absolutely a sweetheart with humans and ignores cats.
“Jordie is 12 but plays like a puppy! The only way to get her to stop playing fetch when she is around toys is to put them away. . . and then she will sometimes look at you and the toy chest and bark. Very youthful funny girl.”
CorgiAid supporters will help Jordie get shined up on her health care, so she can lead the happy retirement she deserves. Thank you!
