The Story of Pops Liam

Last Updated: September 09, 2009

Rescuer: Arleen Rooney at azpledge@yahoo.com

Here is Pops’ story, in the words of his rescuer.
“This dog was rescued from a busted illegal puppymill in Yucca Valley, CA. He had been used as a stud dog and was loaded with ticks and flea debris. He had dried urine all over his body as well as a bald butt from sitting in urine. He was also “soaked in urine”. He had a funky smell indicative of allergies and a possible staph or yeast infection. He has an infected ears that need to be flushed. He had a scar on his right front paw which might have been from a wire cut. He was debarked and his hearing is impaired. He had no history, no name, no shot record or paperwork but it appears he must have belonged to a family at one time.
“Despite his origin into rescue, he has a totally sweet disposition and is great with other dogs.”
CorgiAid supporters will help Pops get healthy, so he can lead the happy life he deserves. Thank you!

This dog is available for adoption. Please contact Arleen Rooney at azpledge@yahoo.com for more information.
