The Story of Macy

Last Updated: March 04, 2011

Rescuer: Kimberle Buckley at kimberlemae@gmail.com

Here is Macy’s story, in the words of her rescuer:
“Macy was brought into the local shelter as a stray, has a chip, however the owners stated they had given her away the day prior and didn’t want her. The shelter did get the “new” owners information however they never returned calls and she was placed up for adoption after the required hold time was up. I went to pull her for rescue, and was told she had tested Pos for parvo that morning (Feb 19th) I pulled her anyway, she is an obvious purebred, though not well bred Pemmie with a tail, and took her to my work the an animal ER to get her treated for parvo, where she currently is and seems to be doing much better now.
“She is very sweet, even though she is so sick, she will still wag her tail.”
CorgiAid supporters will help with the expense of helping Macy get over parvo, so she can go forward and live the happy life she deserves. Thank you!
Macy is in Texas.

This dog is available for adoption. Please contact Kimberle Buckley at kimberlemae@gmail.com for more information.
