The Story of Roxie

Last Updated: August 17, 2011

Here is Roxie’s story, in the words of her rescuer:
“I was contacted by owners who said they could no longer take care of her. She was being kept outside during the day and in a crate in the garage at night. The owner stated he didn’t really know why they didn’t let her in as she was good inside! She had two litters of puppies from the family’s male dog before she was 2.
“Roxie is a loving dog who has simply been an object and not a loving member of a family.”
CorgiAid supporters will help Roxie get spayed, and get up to date on her health care, so she can go forward and learn to be a beloved pet, rather than just a thing in the yard! Thank you.
Roxie was rescued in Kansas.
