Here is Lucky’s story, in the words of his rescuer:
“Lucky was an owner surrender due to illness of the owner.
“Very sweet, albeit, overweight, Corgi boy with one Lop ear. He was very timid when he first came to us, but as we have had him he has truly come out of his shell and loves his belly rubs…also growing back his beautiful tri coat, which they had shaved.
“Lucky came to us with bad teeth and 2 bilateral slab fractures, both infected.”
