The Story of Bart (Rocky2)

Last Updated: September 09, 2013

Here is Bart’s story, in the words of his rescuer:
“Bart (previously Rocky 2) was an owner surrender, due to no time, because she said he was blind. He was previously owned, they gave him up to her, she had him about 6 months and could no longer take care of him…too busy. Well, Bart was not completely blind, he actually could see a little. When he came to me, I took one look and wanted to cry. You see, he did not need to be blind and in pain. His corneas were crusted and cracked..all due to dry eye, which with some effort and time, blindness could have been avoided as well as the pain. He was immediately taken to the ophthamologist, his eyes were cleaned and examined, he was put on a medication regime and pain medications. He feels MUCH better now, and clearly is not blind.”
CorgiAid supporters are helping Bart get the care he needs, so he can go forward and live the happy life he deserves. Thank you!
Bart was rescued in Arizona.
