Here is Baxter’s story, in the words of his rescuer: “Baxter was found by a family living in a rural area. He had no chip or tags. They kept him for three weeks while looking for his owner. No owner was located and the family called us.
“He is a funny friendly little guy.
“Baxter has one of those Corgi “I’m a big guy gaits. He loves people, cats, other dogs. Hamsters, well, not so much. His foster home tells me that he is the best dog that they have ever fostered.”
Baxter brought a load of heartworms into rescue with him. CorgiAid supporters have helped him get rid of those nasty worms, as well as making sure he is up-to-date on the rest of his health care. Thank you!
