The Story of Lucie |

Here is Lucie’s story, in the words of her rescuer:
“Lucie is a lovely lady from a puppy mill. She came to us via partnering with another rescue because Secondhand Hounds had a foster home available to get her through the several months it would take to treat her for her heartworm.
“Lucy is a sweet and shy girl who has the softest corgi coat ever :)”
CorgiAid supporters will help Lucie get rid of those nasty heartworms, and get shined up on her health care, so she can go forward learn how to be a beloved family member. Thank you!
Lucy was rescued in Kansas, and then made her way to Minnesota to go through hw treatment.
This dog is available for adoption. Please contact Anitra Francis at anitra@secondhandhounds.org for more information.
