The Story of Bailey |

Here is Bailey’s story, in the words of his rescuer:
“Bailey was owned by a couple who were killed in an auto accident. Their son who lives in California was paying a man to take care of their home and dogs in Illinois. Unfortunately he took the money but did not take care of the dogs. Someone called animal control and they called us for Bailey.
“Bailey had bilaternal perineal hernias and a dropped bladder, meaning part of his bladder was in a hernia. He was intact, and had a few skin issues. Also very thin. Yet, he is the sweetest little guy. His foster parents love him. He gets along with their two Corgis and the neighbors children. He was house and crate trained in a couple of days. He now knows several commands and he is a hit with the vet clinics.
“Bailey has come through three surgeries with flying colors, thanks in great part to his foster parents. It was touch and go for awhile after the first hernia surgery, but now the boys is good to go other than needing a dental. He is very gentle.”
CorgiAid supporters have helped Bailey with the expense of dealing with his many medical issues. Thank you!
Bailey was rescued in Missouri.
