The Story of Felicia

Last Updated: November 25, 2020

This is Felicia’s story:
Felicia was surrendered by her owners when her family didn’t have the time or means to care for her. She was a gift for a high school boy who then left for college, leaving her with his mother who had no fenced yard in a rural area with coyotes and car traffic. She lived in a crate for most of her life and had no manners or life skills. Felicia just needed to be brought current on her vaccinations and be spayed
