Oliver

Oliver is a Corgi mix who was a family dog. When a tumor appeared, his family did did nothing to care for it. The tumor became quite large and he was finally taken to a vet, however they were unable to afford the surgery Oliver required to remove it. Rescue was contacted and he will be surrendered so he can get the care he needs. Oliver will receive the surgery he requires along with a dental.
