Benny was found wandering by an individual who then took him in. Unfortunately, they were unable to care for him due to the many pets they already had. Corgi rescue agreed to foster him, until such time his owners could be found. Sadly, they were never were. Benny had heartworm testing, vaccines, preventative treatments and was neutered
