Here is Lexi’s story, in the words of her rescuer:
“Lexi was surrendered because her owner couldn’t afford to treat her bladder stones. During emergency surgery more than 200 stones were removed from her bladder, an eye infection was treated, and two infected teeth were removed. Lexi nearly died the evening of her surgery after spiking a 105 degree temperature, but happily, pulled through.”
CorgiAid supporters have helped Lexi get rid of all (!!!) those nasty stones, and her icky teeth, and have generally helped her feel SO much better! Thank you!
Lexi was rescued in Colorado.
