Here is Natalie’s story, in the words of her rescuer:
“Natalie was surrendered to a shelter in West Central Texas when her 80-year old owner could no longer care for her due to cancer. Natalie was diagnosed with hypothyroidism in early 2013. She will need to be on thyroid medication for the rest of her life. She also has what appears to be possible skin allergies as well as an ear infection. She’s an absolute doll and seems lost without her owner right now. I was able to visit briefly with Natalie’s owner, and he is greatly comforted that she is safe and will be placed in a loving home. ”
